My Supplements
So these are the supplements I recently purchased at GNC. Muscletech's NeuroCore is going to be my pre-workout supplement, and Muscletech's MyoBuild will be my post-workout. The Mega Men Sport is my daily vitamin I'm going to be taking. I haven't used any of them yet, but they all have great reviews, and tomorrow we'll see if the NeuroCore is all it's cracked up to be. All together with these on sale I spent about $110, which seemed like a lot because it was my first time buying anything like this, but if they prove to be as good as other people say, it'll be worth it. I'm planning on adding a protein shake, most likely BSN's Syntha-6 as well.

What I'm About
So, my first ever blog post..Funny enough this will also be my first attempt at actually getting into shape so we'll see how they both go. But before all that I should probably say a little something about myself and what this blog is going to be about. The only reason I'm creating this is to track my progress and put all my experiences with different workouts and products in one place.
Now, a little bit more about me personally. I'm 17. My name is Eli if you haven't already seen that bit..I'm 6'2" or so and weigh about 170, pretty tall and skinny and not very muscular I will admit. Which is my main motivating factor for getting into shape and actually getting on a workout plan.
And now more about what I plan to do with this blog..Hopefully, this blog will serve as a place for me to regularly update my goals and progress while I try to get into shape. I'm hoping to do picture updates every week so I can visually track my progress. And post as often as possible about different workouts, techniques, products, and so on. Anyways, I've run out of things to say in this post, hopefully the next one will be a little better.
